SANTO DOMINGO-President elect of the Dominican Revolutionary Party deplored the attempt to break the constitutional process in Honduras considering it a false solution to the civil conflicts that affect the Central American country .
PRD's presidential candidate in the last elections held that the Dominican Foreign Ministry has to decide unequivocally demand the restoration of institutional order in Honduras.
In answering questions on the crisis in Honduras, Vargas understands that Latin America has definitely passed the time when power sectors appropriated the institutions, which in his opinion, the Organization of American States should take concrete action to restore constitutional normality and the presidency Manuel Zelaya.
In conclusion, this is a coup that would disrupt the institutional order that has no explanation in the light of the parameters of democracy.
